      higher up's are brutal in their work ethics and always pushing for more production having some full time employees in the usa work weekends and nightly hours with no overtime pay or time off.

      They have good clients in hand.

      Cons

      Poor management. No management skill training for the managers and most of them behave rude. They misunderstood managers as lords and treat co workers with less respect.

      Pros

      Easy to crack interview, they just want to fill the position with a resource, they usually don’t need in depth subject knowledge, an easy company to join, with fair pay for the role (if you are getting hired in Canada and if they need you urgently, things are different if you are coming on an on-site assignment, they will rip you off ). They have a lot of clients so you will get work. They keep people on bench too, so, job is safe even when your mandate with a client gets over. Job safety is the best “Pro” here.

      Cons

      Bad management, no career growth, people spent years and years in buttering their bosses without success but they still do it. Senior management treats their teams very badly, no work life balance, cheap language is often used in the presence of wide audience just to show who is the boss. Too much favouritism. Most of people in senior management are still employed because TCS does not fire, they don’t bring any value to the company, just eat up the profits of those who really work.
