- Onboarding process is cumbersome & stupid - They hire for a different position & delegate you on a different role altogether which is frustrating. - It takes 1-2-3 months for a new hire to get on board even if they're an immediate joiner. - They drop a message for laptop collection before confirm ID card status causing inconvenience for employees resulting in multiple visits. - HR is least bothered in addressing your issues. They'll listen to you but act indifferently. - Some of the projects are extremely stressful. The managers dont bother about the people & focus more on the project (deliverables are more imp). - Travelling to Hinjewadi office is hectic. You must be willing to sacrifice other activities & social life on weekdays to work with TCS. - Forget about work life balance. - Their gyms, parks, courts are useful only to bachelors who live in close vicinity. - Canteen is sub-standard - The entire campus feels like a prison once checked in. No photographs allowed (which is understandable) but they dont allow food items in big quantity from outside as well (which is bulls#*t) - Can list down many more points but I'm tired typing.

Everything. You will get offered a decent salary and feel great and then realize that your coworkers who have absolutely no experience in the field make the same amount as you. If you have any medical issues, you will pay almost $400/month in insurance. You will not be trusted to do anything as a new hire and do what they say is “admin work” even though you got hired in the field you got your advanced degree in. Your training will be 3+ months long with the absolute worst teachers you have ever had & you will learn nothing. They will relocate you and insist you go into the office even though you work maybe 1hr a day and there is no wi-fi at the office and you will have to buy your own ethernet adapter for your laptop. I can go on and on. Avoid this company with your entire life.
