Pros

You get an experience of different sectors and functions, people who know what TAS Is do respect you, a very strong TAS Alumni network. Pay is good

Cons

In the first year, no one treats you seriously. After a year, if you want to shift, you have nothing to show. That you really get a role of your choice is a myth and depends purely on luck. HR involved for managing the program is really lousy.

Opportunity to learn and contribute towards the entire sphere of business. Excellent Brand Equity. Extraordinary corporate Social Responsibility.... Fantastic consideration towards giving back to the society.

Cons

Uncertain Business direction and management policy towards its business as in whole. Frequent top management changes. Insufficient employee recognition, Frequent policy changes, Below industry average compensation. Interdapartmental relations not so harmonious.
