The principles of TATA, the founding core values are present here. Everyone here is a very nice person, though not always helpful. A feeling of safe, comfort and trust exists here which soothes the work pressure by scales. Everyone's like a family here.

Cons

Work-life is such as to destroy your social one. Holiday in week is on thursdays. And progress isn't fast. Beginner's pay is around 2L.

Senior Management is very unstable. They keep getting transferred and dont really understand the company vision. Most of senior managers are very short sighted

You always get to work on development work on the most recent cutting edge technologies. Secondly, I am always allowed to get my time off for my personal priorities. The exposure attained from the work and by intracting with people of all levels,(this company being a Service provider) helps me grow in my personal endeavour and knowledge. The sharing and interactive nature between the colleagues makes the office atmosphere very homely. The ineraction and the relationship shared between the colleagues help to grow as an individual and as a team. Beacuse of constant development work, you are never out sitting idle.
