If you get a cool manager you can have some days from home. Flexible schedule as per your needs

There's no official WFH Poor salary The don't provide a good training of the products you'll have to support Eventually you will handle more than 2 products and you will be paid the same Promotions processes are not cleared

Great opportunity for gaining a wide range of technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience in various roles. Great people and core values when they are exhibited. Experience with enterprise support. Many various departments covering a wide range of the industry.

Cons

Lack of consistency among management.

Thank you for your feedback! We are growing at such a rapid pace that it is hard to get standards in place. However, we are committed to writing the SOP's and applying them across all of our departments. We now have a full Senior Leadership team in the US and working to drive that consistency that you're talking about. Thank you for sticking with us up to this point!
