Pros

It´s a great place to start because you can out your hands on the latest Azure technologies, you learn a lot very fast. The environment was nice, you could work smoothly with your colleagues, both from your team and other teams to solve the issues. Also the workload was fine, you were never too crowded or to empty. In Azure, the comunication was good with Microsoft, so if a problem grew in size or complexity, they were there to help too.

Cons

The salaries start low since you are not asked to have a lot of experience, but usually it stays the same even if you are later on asked to handle more technologies, work other schedules, provide training or have years working there. The amount of work and training depended on your team because the training is on Azure in general, once you are in your specific technology, your next learning step depends on who on your team is assigned to teach you. Same for workload, there are very balanced teams and crowded teams.
