It is a stepping stone for people who want to go into IT. You will learn alot during your stay.

Cons

It does not have a long-term career path. As a result, you can't grow within the company.

Pros

Welcoming environment that does not discriminate on the surface. The management seems to actually care about the employees.

Cons

Very low pay relative to area and compared to rivals. There is an issue with employees being treated properly. The training they provide is extremely barebones and does not actually help you beyond an understanding of the tools you will use. Even the tools that are covered are sparsely done. The pay relative to other companies doing the same thing is extremely low. The ceo does not care.
