Pros

If you don't have any knowledge, it is a place where you can learn some technologies and the fundamentals of tech support. If you are new in the support and tech fields, this is a good place to learn, but if you already have experience, knowledge, and education, consider other places to continue your career path.

Cons

Bad management. There is no transparency and consistency in the administration. There are no growth opportunities. When a problem with someone appears, HR doesn't do anything, so it is difficult to feel safe in your workspace. You won't have recognition for your work, instead, you will receive constant warnings for anything that the administration considers "a bad behavior".
