Pros

They give you flexibility with you shift to be able to study and they are pretty open when you need time to go do something in working hours.

Cons

The workload is beyond the limit and unhealthy, they really do not do some tuning about it and they do not plan with anticipation their actions causing engineers to suffer the consequences, once this happen they do not really care and just keep giving you more tasks till the point you are forced to work extra hours without pay, as if something is done incorrectly or unattended you will be penalized. The pay is low, even inside the company other positions at the same level and exact same job get a bigger salary while you earn the minimum such an accounts where you do not require such a technical knowledge.
