3yAt Tek Experts we are still committed to investing in the training and development of our people so that they are ready to take the next step in their career with us when opportunities arise. Our typical working week is 40 hours, 8 hours a day. Overtime is occasionally offered and opting to work overtime is at the choice of the employee. We believe working in the office promotes a healthy work/life balance as it creates a solid distinction between work and home.
