      Worst Company for talented Employees

      Pros

      Government company for government mindset people. Who can expert in politics and people skills .. no scope for technically good people.

      Cons

      Joined in 2011 at 11 lac at the position of Tech Lead. I had experience of 6 years at the time of joining. Got top rating of 1 in 2012 , 2013 . about to get rating 1 again in 2014 . Got prestigious ACE award also because of consistent performance . However in 3 years my salary was increased to 13 lacs only. No promotion was given even after giving best of me to company. Had I invested 3 years of my life in anyother company I would have grown much better. Politics in prevailed in every level & every department . Be it promotion , salary hike , onsite , work , project. If you can have lunch daily with your manager you can shine in company otherwinse even if you are steve jobs or bill gates you are useless for company .

      Pros

      While joining you will get good hikes. Nice take homes ,Net salary is very good when compared with most companies. You won't loose any part of variable pay like TCS,Infosys ,Wipro ,HCL and etc.

      Cons

      One should maintain 9 hours swipe-in and swipe-out time sheet record everyday.

      Pros

      One of the best work place to work, We got lot of opportunity to grow and explore the field. One of the best thing is the transparency in management. Employees are open to access, talk and even suggest management. All policies were well organized and employee-centric. Recommended as one the good organization to work with.

      Nothing in particular. Good enough for a happy employee
