Bad Managers With Low or NO KNOWLEDGE of technology. Very Bad Micromanagement. Expect to work on weekends as well as more than 12 hours in week days. No Proper planning and vision of project. They DON'T care about employee just wanted to fulfill customer unrealistic expectations. On bench Force you to change location otherwise be ready to resign. On Bench Forcefully asked to change technology as they have limited vacancy related to employee skills set. On Failed in project execution they will blame employee and marked negative comments in system, On asking they will say higher management told to add comments against you which impact appraisal even after doing lots of efforts and upskilling for project. No Employee friendly policies. Managers will take you in project irrespective of checking your background skills sets and required skills set of project which cause much unnecessary stress for candidate taken from bench

Below are few points must check, 1. If you rehire then don't blindly believe Manager's sweet words about retention bonus. Next year HR and Manager will never add RB in annual package. 2. Bench policy is worst. HR will tell you no work no pay policy will apply if you are not getting any project. 3.Hike is 2-5% or Nill. 4. If you fight for RB then manager will fire you from the project. 5. I was working in PG* and my performance was C for 3 years and also received appreciation. When I fight for my Retention Bonus ( RB), then world's worst TL Samee* & Manager Tum** released me from project. 5. HR policy is very worst and don't belive and always keep mail as a proof.
