1. Nice Training. 2. Direct client exposure as it is a comparatively small company as compared to Infy , TCS etc. 3. Irregular variable pay.

Cons

1. Less Pay 2. Fresher is giving no choice as in if he wants to work on a specific technology even if work is there. 3. Politics at management level
