      Amazing workplace in my experience - no bars to what I wanted to do

      Pros

      - Highest flexibility to what I want to do mostly I would attribute to the culture of managers in Mumbai office - Excellent trainings of highest quality - Ample opportunity once your prove your technicals - A lot of ex exmployees wants return to TechM

      Cons

      - A surge of ASM projects, so new trainees may potentially have chance of allocating anywhere but if they are in top 10 of training batch they can opt for their own preference - Getting stuck to a bad manager can ruin personal prospect in any company not specific to TechM

      Variety of roles. Some are good. most are boring grunt work

      Pros

      If you are very good at your job and you get a good role, you will be given freedom and responsibility

      Cons

      Lots of meaningless billable roles. You may get stuck in such a role. Even if you get a good role and do good work you will have to face office politics and groupism. If you are good, you will have freedom in work but if you cannot manage the politics, you will not get salary rise or promotion Major client is reducing work
