      They do understand the requirements of the employee and come up with amazing applications which make lives easier for us to work

      Cons

      Promotions are a bit slow as the company highers senior managers from outside, instead if they focus on promoting employees from within there will be more satisfies employees and this in turn could be a happy happy situation for all
