Pros
1) One of the best in industry initial training's arranged by company 2) Full fledged training and development department 3) Wide range of telecom projects 4) Good transport facility (in day time) 5) Active employee groups arranging extra curricular activities (with less help from management)
Cons
1) Very less transparency in process and policies which keeps on changing frequently 2) Poor compensations and less package hikes 3) Management doesn't always answer to righteous questions form employees. 4) Extra hours in office? you are on your own unless and until manager is fighting for you.
