      Pros

      - You can get promoted just on the basis of number of years of experience though you lack knowledge.

      Cons

      - growth is proportional to the number of years of experience you possess. - Perks and hikes are negligible. - Foreign travel policies are not employee friendly. - Work culture is like government work culture. - No standard working hours and you may have to work nights and on weekends just to get exploited.

      Salary slightly on the lower side for the freshers after many years also. As service based company needs rapid development in technology learning.
