      Pros

      Provides good platform for freshers (they've nothingto lose anyways)

      Cons

      ESI is not considered important Customer is King - Accepted but to consider it God and do only what Customer want without having your own opinion is wring. Pennywise pound foolish - will innovate new processes to cut down cost of the employees without realizing impact on ESI. Not good to work more than couple of years

      Plenty of work to do. strong domains. big accounts.

      Cons

      absolute lack of direction, strategy and processes. Employees just don't count. Single vertical focus.
