      absolute lack of direction, strategy and processes. Employees just don't count. Single vertical focus.

      It gives many chances to develop your personality. Truly multinational as it gives many onsite opportunities. You get to choose from the many options available for your profile.

      You are not given the freedom as a fresher to choose your choice of work. Needs compromises such as your place of work and sometimes technology.
