      1. Vast experience in telecom domain 2. lots of experienced personnel working, all time knowledge sharing and gathering. 3. close proximity with BT, one of the leaders in telecom

      Cons

      1. Senior management lacking the strength to standup and take decisions. 2. Customer applies pressure and TechM sprawls on the floor. 3. Appraisal system not very clear and biased. 4. Employee satisfaction not that good.
