Opportunity to work onsite, best support from team leads if you have matching experience to the onsite role.

Cons

Poor onsite salaries not great hikes almost same salary to all grades. Not clear pictures of increments.

Good Working Environment, Supportive People, Service company so there is more of support work but in some projects you can get core developers role. Future of this company is good and i would recommend it to my friends who want to settle down in Indian IT company. various trainings will be provided to make you feel stronger (technically) :)

Cons

Appraisal System is not up to the mark. Onsite opportunities will be given to people who are oldest in the project. Travelling to Mumbai office is quite troublesome.
