it all depends upon the team and group you are working and your IDU head.

Cons

It seems it is still growing organisation, policies are still not very good .........i am still not sure how they keep on winning so many HR awards..... ppl may be good but sr. management doesn't have got vision and mission clear to them ..... after taking Satyam companies policies keep on detoriating from bad to worst ..... i have not seeen hr and RMG so inactive..... so would not like to recommend any sr. team member to work.

I think it will be wrong criticizing Tech Mahindra as all Indian IT companies are one and the same. The best part about Tech Mahindra (Sharda centre) is its location in Pune and flexibility of working hours.

Cons

The resource management is the worst part about Tech Mahindra.
