The resource management is the worst part about Tech Mahindra.

worst middle and senior management.. lots of internal politics .. red taping at every level.. no respect towards employees.. they never ever follow timings.. very poor training.. a deadly place to start the career as freshers.. very poor project allocation to employees.. has some dead old projects.. alive only bcos of the old BT projects.. some irritating transfers..transferring people as and when they like by force.. no help in getting accommodations even after transferring to some unknown locations.. they lie about reimbursement..in most cases you will never get it.. low salary compared to other IT majors.. a poor quality canteen.. infrastructure very bad.. HR people act as if they r descendants of god.. no proper communication from senior levels.. very difficult to get relieved and non payment of salary dues for a long time..u will have to run from one branch to another n number of times to get the work done i.e to get relieved.. no proper transportation facilities.. AC s dont work properly.. very slow or nil career growth.. mostly maintanence and testing projects.. no other domain other than telecom(read BT,AT&T)..
