- Good place to work provided if you enjoy Telecom - Ample of opportunities and varying responsibilies - Very good knowledge base - Some real telecom experts serving the company.

Cons

- Typical indian firm with certain processes operated like govt organisation especially Infra, Admin etc - No sensible compensation figure. Employees working with same experience might have a salary different 3 Lacs - Politics played as usual - Company gives more preferance to locations like Pune, Noida. hence opportunities further deter in cities like Mumbai, bangalore etc - Every new initiative in Tech M is linked with P2P (variable pay).
