Honestly nothing I can think of. Run the opposite way if you get contacted by them.

Cons

They are the worst IT consultancy company to work for. They have no work ethics. They call you night and day to push you for tasks without any respect for your private time. They are Indian so they call at odd hours. Also they will ghost you once they don't need you anymore. I wonder how they are still allowed to continue functioning this way. Please stay away from them. Looks so bad on your CV if you have ever had anything to do with them.

Oh where to begin 1. Most people here are from india and they like to bring in office politics into everything 2. Managers are again Indian and have zero respect for their peers. They just love their power trip of being a manager 3. They have hundreds of useless internal processes which you are forced to waste your time on. For instance they keep sending you some useless internal certifications every few months and all of them are awful 4. No focus on quality of work. All they care of putting some bodies and making money out of them

many cons- dont go there. sometimes they dont even pay worst company ever- team "leads" are incompetent hearth and brainless droids, this place is the living hell where they torture employees
