1. its works culture is very nice 2. colleagues are helpful and i have experienced very friendly and lively environment 3. they conduct internal trainings to enhance technical skills 4. All the festivals are celebrated and crowd is always enthusiastic

Cons

1. mumbai location has less projects than pune techm 2. No proper appraisals 3. Less onsite opportunities and more of office politics 4. difficult to switch projects within company itself

1) 6 Days A Week 2) 8 Hour Pure Net Login With 1 Hour Break , Else deduction in Salary 3) No incentive for OT (Co claims one will get it but i surely haven't received any) 4) Incentive Contests - Despite qualifying for incentive for BBD Sale/No Week Offs For October no incentive has been received 5) One would be Lucky to get 60 minute break 6) Unsustainable Targets 7) Unprofessional senior colleagues 8) Unhealthy Work Environment
