Complete lack of management. I only spoke with my manager when there was issues with the “client” but there was no guidance what so ever. I was working an average of 16 hours a day even most of the weekends and my bosses did even know that. 10 day vacations a year but never was able to take more than 3 consecutive days and always even in vacation I must answer the phone and log in the computer to fix problems. (Calls are day and night as India schedule is the opposite of Canada) With the amount of hours I was working at Tech M easily I could have two jobs and be less stressed.
