Such level of bullying, mysogyny, racism (!) yeah at a multinational company (!), toxic work ethics, hostile environment, I never seen before. If you are a male, don't get a soul, aggressive, even better if psychopath, you will have a lot of fun, probably get promoted! If you are a sensitive (normal) human, be careful, it can be psychologically harmful to stay for a long time. Don't expect any support from management, only if you can make "friends" (=you bully someone with). A complete chaos, and mess. "Company culture"? What?

Company culture is zero. You are not treated respectfully and will never be acknowledged. Management is always full of cheap excuses and shameless petty lies. They even spread rumors and turn ppl against eachother. Payment is usually late and bonuses never arrive. Even when they are confirmed. They think that the european people are inferior monkeys and the can do whatever they want woth them. Professional incompetence on all levels is flooding the office. Not to mention the human factor with ruthless wannabe teamleaders and smes who will slay you if you show more experience and talent than they have. Long story short: ot is a nightmare of nepotism ignorance and betrayal.
