The gossip is true, this IS the worst IT company you could work for in Budapest!
Pros
Only the money. They pay more for positions than at other IT companies in the city.
Cons
Everything else. Chaos pure. Agents not getting the right training and support from the management, also not getting enough supervision, thus nothing is going according to the processes. People are late or do not come to work, work sloppily. Although the company says they operate on the basis of ITIL, it is not really followed in the daily operation. There was no fire safety training in the first week of starting and even when there was a fire alarm and everyone started to evacuate, higher management asked why we are leaving instead of making sure that it is not a false alarm. HR processes are not according to Hungarian law, but noone seems to check up on this company. Also, management constantly lies to the customer.
