Salary on time, Seniors are cooperative

Cons

It may be more cooperative if HR's hears the voice of Employees. Because Sometime Employees faces the issues of LOP, Work Load. In these they did not much cooperative.

Your entire career will be on stack, no job security work life balance is minus 1000 Managers are Dracula Techmahindra can fire you at any time without notice period For any experience person i would never recomend Techmahindra as they can easily spoil your entire career.
