Majoring of the projects has less work pressure as compared to other MNCs in the service industry. Lots of scope of learning if you get assigned to good projects otherwise support and maintenance projects do not have anything for anyone.

Cons

The HR department is very incompetent. Performance appraisals are a joke, hike or promotion does not depend on your performance at work.
