Pros

Employee get variable pay every month. When we are switching from other companies initial hike will be good. Overtime and swift allowances are there. Some projects they are using new technologies. Having few trusted clients to continue their business

Cons

Technologies are not new in most of the projects. Yearly increment and appraisal are not proper. Having few old manager,only for scolding the working professionals. Freshers are mostly used for support activities not in development.
