I was into Verizon process the process was avg the shifts were not much goor but the pay was very high everymonth we used to take around 8k as incentive. If you are interested in money you can join

Cons

Shifts ans management. If we dont svore well they even call us at week off and shout at us to work

Good Infrastructure Good transition company. If looking for a good package and nothing else go for it.

Cons

1. They let the knowledgeable person leave the company. Only believe in headcount. 2. The company only believes in billing everything else is waste for them. 3. They realize there mistake when a project is about to go from there hands. 4. Internally they will give zero hikes to a key resource but will hire a new resource with a 40% hike.

Poor management Poor Hike Sudden termination inefficient resources at higher level. Policies are not employee friendly poor leave policies NO IT culture, cost cutting like marwadis do buesness.
