      Pros

      Teradata has high value, differentiated solutions in analytics, Big Data and Customer Management. Great culture, company values and interesting space. Some employees have left over the last few years but a relatively high number have come back!

      Acceptable pay Talented and friendly co-workers Good work and life balance On site cafeteria and coffee bar On site gym Nice looking campus

      Cons

      Upper and middle management have been struggling to run the company correctly for years Unstable employment Poor pay raises Constant management reorgs due to excessive management head count No applicable training to new employees. Forced to have 2 weeks of useless training, 1 1/2 years after I started. Training had nothing to do with my job, just VP's talking about their job. Lack of parking. Have to park on the street and walk in, if you're not there early enough or when there are conferences.
