      Doesn't value work life balance, extremely low compensation compared to other companies, systems are 35 year old technology that is only patched, staff is either fresh faced or dinosaurs with nothing in between, Expected to work 70 hour weeks and weekends, little opportunity for upward movement, new employees are treated like dirt while others are royalty
