      Pros

      Excellent technology stack and opportunities to improve the products. Peole are very tech savvy. Good work environment and offers a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical organization and makes you wonder if the company your idea would even move up the chain. Products are world class but the sales process and market research are very disconnected. A lot of talented folks have left over the year.

      best-in-class Products, great people, decent innovation on major product lines. Lots of opportunity for growth in share price.

      too much mgmt sometimes, in need of process reinvention, total compensation can lag the marketplace if you don't pay close attention. Sales-driven company
