Best in class core technology. Virtual office work environment. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Political corporate environment full of "old timers" from NCR that look out for themselves. Eroding competitive advantage (Hadoop, SAP, others gaining ground). Below avg compensation in certain areas (NY, SF, etc..). Just laid off approx 100 sales staff in US as a desperate attempt to make 3rd quarterly numbers this year.
