      Good family life balance, good salary and benefits, good/cutting edge technology

      Cons

      Leadership still has no clue. Company in transition, but many at the top are still old Teradata and that is their problem. Instead, they lay off folks and have been for a few years now as the "transition", but they are not even sure what to transitin to and certainly not capable of doing it themsleves...as they have no ecperience in doing so....

      Historically great company. None better. Was and still is great database. Some of the best people you will ever know.

      Cons

      Company leadership seems to be slipping into the same games as former management. Missed QTR expectations by double digits again yet somehow we are on transformation track. Sit on the front line. Silly.

      Only this tool : teradata is a thing which you might get opportunity to learn

      Cons

      -worst management -people now a days being asked to work as a contractor with almost no support from company. -No new opportunities to learn any new technology or any good learning project -As of today teradata has no projects for thr employees. - very bad culture - cast based politics is common has now become a part of management. -(its a news only not confirmed) people are being asked to resign as now they are so exaggerated working as a contractor both mentally and physically and when they asked for help teradata taking action to move them out.
