official working hrs -8 but finally depend upon your project where might need to work for more than 9 hrs

Cons

They dont care about their employees. While interviewing they would offer you one position and after joining you would be placed in some random project in which you are not interested in . Management would not care about you or your professional aspirations .

- Not so good projects on technologies other than Teradata - Aggressively hiring people with various skill set and then allocating them to rubbish work - Not much of cultural events
