Teradata, will it survive in the long run?

Good coworkers. Old, but still exciting product.

Cons

Bad place for R&D engineers, since the top management is all sales oriented. Cost cutting has been too aggressive, and is cutting into worker productivity. Employee morale is very low, and there does not seem to be any incentive to continue working at the place.
