Unbelieveably leadership team including CEO (ESPECIALLY HIM), that proritizes short-term image of growth via constant layoffs and killing off primary products that customers will always need in favor of joining AI circus.

Teradata used to have all pros like work life balance, culture, innovation.

Cons

Now, it is all about showing the profit margin by doing multiple layoffs. They don't give proper reason for layoff too. They suggest employees to self-resign so that there won't be a need to pay severance. Leadership and management is really bad
