There are a number of very bright people who work there.

Cons

Management is so focused on "managing" up that they fail to give their field reps the resources to be successful (read: make sales). With everyone jockeying for position, so many internal meetings and layers of un-ncessary participants that there was no time left in the week to actually meet with customers. Deal approvals took a month to get through the layers of folks who had to review/approve. Frustrating environment.

Cons

Mid tier management is incompetent. Completely. Just like the NCR days, which many of them are still from. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
