Pros

Some great people to work with, but watered down over the years. Still the best Database engine around, which continues to be very reliable.

Cons

Management is changing the focus of the company to follow IT trends. In itself good, but it is cost to the strong database core business.

Quality culture with lots of diversity, stable work-life balance, good benefits, and very friendly employees overall

Cons

Unstable management and sales department still trying to find stability, many RIF's over the past several years which has donated to employee uncertainty and confusion at times.
