- Horrible Sr. Leadership who truly have ZERO vision!
- They have tried (unsuccessfully) to position the company for sale multiple times
- Sr Execs generally have an “elitist” approach and attitude
- Continuous, seemingly unending “reorganization” in which every Fiscal Quarter, quality staff is being fired for the sole purpose of trying to make the numbers look better for the street
- Many quality key stakeholders have been jumping ship during the past year
- These folks truly believe they know all of the answers and refuse to utilize the wealth of knowledge from the diverse staff
- HR in this place is all about protecting the mothership and NOT about protecting employees - truly a joke for a public company of this age & size!
- Based on recent practices, I’m certain many lawsuits for wrongful termination, etc. are forthcoming.
- Although the core Data Warehouse technology is decent, calling Teradata an “Open Source” provider is FALSE! Also, the business is definitely declining as Teradata becomes a dinosaur...soon to be EXTINT!
