Good Pay at the beginning. They have a awesome new facility. Some projects have scope for R&D

Cons

You might end up learning anything in spite of what technology you belong Some managers bug you about timings, which is not the case for some projects.

Cons

Salary is not as per the present industry standards, There is at lease 50% difference in the salary for the existing employee and the new employee for the same post and same work.
