Cons

-Teradata is a niche technology -A lot of traveling. And you are pushing to go to business travel even you have booked a holiday. Very unpleasant when this happens. (in case you can pick some holiday - I finished with many days not taken) -accept that you will be just employee number and treated like this -a lot of pushing from active to this center Asian and India management - this side is very active and in the course -just to learn and later on to go

Good culture; good database product.

Cons

Lost it's way in terms of executing new strategy, particularly in analytics consulting services. Exec leadership don't seem to have a clue how to execute it's transformation strategy beyond high level sound bites. Had some acquisitions in big data/open source space and many of them now leaving as company is focusing on T-Core only
