Pros

Compensation is high, as is the level of autonomy and flexible work environment. They have really strong data management and analytics capability and a strong customer portfolio.

Cons

Leadership is really lacking, business units have overlapping or conflicting KPI's, products are arduous and resource heavy to implement, and business has not made sound investment decisions. Also a standout is a very poor culture, you have to conform to a rather dated set of values and approaches to fit in.

Managers are flexible for the most part regarding working from home &/or emergencies.

Cons

Company downsizing and experiencing layoffs. HIring lots of contract/temp positions. Increase in workload making a less favorable work/life balance.
