      Great people Great pace for work life balance Decent benefits and discounts Nice breakroom

      Company is currently a bit lost with declining stocks and as a result is running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to find stable ground. Resulting in lots of people leaving worried about their outlook

      Pros

      Great people on the whole and a customer focused, "do the right thing", culture. Many long term employees with invaluable experience. Most customers are happy and loyal. Recent leadership changes are for the most part the right people in the right places.

      Cons

      There is a tremendous market shift taking place that is creating tremendous challenges and opportunities for Teradata. To date Teradata has been a little slow in responding and the business model has been slow to adapt. There have been rounds of downsizing as a result. Opportunites to advance in a shrinking company are also limited
