      Pros

      Great products. Use to be a good place to work but now they are a sinking company with no direction or strong leadership in place

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, communication, and low morale. They are downsizing and the employees do not feel secure.

      Pros

      Teradata is one of the largest Data / Analytics companies in the world. Publically traded company, strong R&D, extensive growth through M&A.

      Cons

      They have grown very fast and have not decided what they want to be. Decision in November to sell of a portion of their company, which is why I am looking elsewhere.

      Pros

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Lower pay, no incentives for workload. No training offered during office hours. Never give good pay raises. Older management with no vision. Performance evaluation process is a joke and doesn't impact ability to get promotions or raises.
