1. Compensation is fair. Variable part of the salary is paid off twice a year. 2. Get opportunity to learn the teradata products and analytical features. 3. Certification is mandatory which strengthens the value. 4. Flexible working hours.

Cons

1. Although it is product based, the management has adapted service based approach to compete the market which has impacted few of the employee perks. 2. not good enough for freshers
